Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing fuel sales, convenience store operations, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for fuel and merchandise transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the gas station area, including restrooms and convenience store shelves.
- Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to promote sales of products in the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with effective communication skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are necessary for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately are required.
