Jordans Interiors is currently hiring a full-time Furniture Repair Technician / Refinisher
to become part of its team in Coquitlam.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Schedule and conduct customer service calls to assess potential product issues relating to warranties, delivery issues, or general concerns;
- Follow up and ensure all customer complaints are handled in a timely and effective manner.
- Make home calls in company provided vehicle and do touch-up / repairs as required
- Manage warranty claim processes between Jordans and vendors
- Assist the Warehouse/Distribution Manager with managing and training delivery and warehouse teams to ensure best standards of practice and customer service;
- Assist with coordinating unique merchandising projects at our various stores;
- Assist with coordinating building operations management and asset maintenance

- High degree of empathy and the ability to see other’s perspective
- High level of integrity and the ability to meet commitments
- Strong communication skills
