Job responsibilities:
1.Making sure employees on shift meet performance expectations.
2.Giving instructions or guidance to team members.
3.Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
4.Ensuring great customer service at all levels.
5.Providing feedback on employee work performance and preparing reports and updates for upper management
6.Assisting with inventory and order management.
7.Completing other tasks assigned by the store manager
Job Requirements:
-1-2 years related management experience is required;
-Strong leadership, motivational and people skills;
-Food Safe & Serving it Right Certificates
-Fluent English is required.
-Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 3:00 am (early morning). Around 8 hours for each shift.
