We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet company targets. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling cash
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
