As a sales associate at Bosley’s, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the well-being of pets through your expertise in both retail and animal care.
Key Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right pet products and services.
- Provide expert advice on animal care products and grooming services, ensuring customers make well-informed decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Upsell related pet products that enhance the customer experience.
- Use excellent phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals and ensure a positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in animal care.
Qualifications:
- Completion of Secondary School (or equivalent).
- At least 6 months of experience in the pet industry or working in a pet store environment.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for animal care and a desire to provide top-notch customer service.
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $18 per hour, with the potential for increases based on experience in relevant areas.
