Discovery Co-operative is hiring a Full-Time Clerk II for our Pharmacy Department in North Battleford, SK.
- Supports the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing daily operations on the sales floor and pharmacy front counter, with a focus on accurate inventory management, team training, mentorship, and performance development.
- Provides input on performance feedback and helps ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy environment by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and applicable pharmacy regulations, including those related to controlled substances, privacy, confidentiality, and health and safety.
- Maintains accurate records, assists with audits as required, and fosters a welcoming environment that promotes health and wellness for all guests.
- Additional responsibilities include general housekeeping, supporting team members as needed, and performing other duties as assigned.

You are looking for a career in Retail and: Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Past supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication and proficient time management skills are considered an asset.
- Co-operative retail experience is an asset.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS System
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Must be capable of repetitive lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.
