Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a First Cook.
We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years experience in fine/casual dining.
Specifically on Sautee with pan work.
Must have knife skills including basic butchery of primals.
Culinary education or work with French cuisine an asset but not required.
Also providing the highest standards of food preparation and safety preparation.

Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Prepare sauces and follow direction of Chef
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
Requirements
- Previous 3-5 years experience in a first cook position
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Skills in serving, food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.65-$23.82 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
