Overview:
We are seeking a full-season, full-time Supervisor to join our winery team. While winery experience is not required, we are looking for someone with excellent execution ability, strong organizational skills, and a marketing sense to support the growth of our winery.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Lead by example and work alongside staff in daily winery operations.
- Assist customers with indoor and outdoor wine tastings and purchases, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build lasting relationships with our loyal customers by ensuring reliable and enjoyable experiences.
- Restock shelves and maintain a tidy, well-organized store layout.
- Handle online and phone orders, including payment processing, packaging, and after-sale service.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
- Be physically able to lift up to 40 lb cases of wine.
Requirements:
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- We welcome candidates without Prior Winery or Wine experience
- Strong leadership and execution ability
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Supplement Pay:
Tips are provided by the customers directly (The company does not receive/share the tips)
