Job Overview:
We are hiring dependable and hard-working Fulfillment Associates to support our fast-growing e-commerce operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that customer orders are packed accurately, processed efficiently, and shipped on time.
Whether you’re working remotely in coordination with a fulfillment center or on-site at a warehouse, this role is critical in delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Label packages and ensure proper shipping documentation
- Track inventory levels and report low-stock items
- Assist in restocking, quality checks, and product organization
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure fulfillment goals are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Basic English reading and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work quickly
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- Access to a smartphone or computer for order tracking (remote role)
- Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs (for on-site roles)
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or other fulfillment systems
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory management tools
- Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends)
