About Us:
Snack Attack is located at #36, 145, Schoolhouse St, Coquitlam. We began our journey in 2022, and we have been taking people down memory lanes with nostalgic and exotic snacks, chocolates, candies, cookies, drinks and more.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment
- Ensure all items are packed securely and labeled correctly
- Manage inventory, including restocking and reporting low stock
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area
- Communicate with the customer support team about order issues
- Occasionally assist with receiving and shelving new inventory
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and label printing
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Nice to have a Class 5 license and a car
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail fulfillment is a plus
