Position Title: Fulfillment Associate/ Compounder
Job Type: Part-time to Full-time
Position starting rate: $19.00/hr (Salary)
Employment Status: 5 hours/day (10am to 3pm). 4 days/week. Monday to Thursday. Potential for additional work hours. Pay rate to increase after associate can perform tasks independently.

Responsibilities to include but no limited to:
- Preparing orders- involving: reading order lists, pouring liquid from drums to required containers, Blending ingredients. packing and boxing products, and palletizing orders.
- Moving materials around the warehouse. Person is to be comfortable using a pump truck, maneuvering 55 gallon drums, using manual pallet stacker and moving up to 25kg-30kg of weight.
- Manually stacking product on pallets neatly, safely and according to the specifications set out by the Supervisor
- Shipping and receiving materials.
- Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping
Required skills:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Previous experience working in a production atmosphere is preferred.
- Other potential experience with pouring liquids, bulk material handling, order management. e.g. Hospitality industry, pharmaceutical production, cosmetic production, agriculture.
- Organized and detail oriented: e.g. can pay attention to measurement units, follow specific handling instructions, quality conscious.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with positive attitude and the ability to work within a team environment.
