Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Fuel Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating fuel delivery trucks to supply fuel to various job sites and equipment across our construction projects in Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of fuel, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete all required paperwork pertaining to Safety, PM program, DOT requirements, and Service reports.
- Perform daily fueling, lubrication, and PM’s as scheduled by the shop Field foreman/equipment manager.
- Work overtime when required
- Assist in the upkeep of our Fuel/Lube trucks
- Track oil and supplies being used on trucks
- Inspect machines, fluid levels and conditions
- Comprehend and perform maintenance/greasing on various types of machines
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 License
- TDG, Q Endorsement
- CSTS/RSTS/WHMIS 2015 are considered an asset
- Previous experience in a similar role
- PM knowledge of Cat, Deere, Volvo, Komatsu equipment would be considered an asset.
