Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fuel Site Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for daily inspections, reporting, and upkeep of a no-store truck fueling (cardlock) location. The ideal candidate will be independent, observant, and proactive in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and fully operational.
Responsibilities
- Complete a daily eDip report on all diesel pumps and submit findings.
- Inspect fueling equipment, card readers, and receipt printers to ensure they are functioning properly and stocked with supplies.
- Conduct daily site walks to check for damages, debris, garbage, and overall cleanliness of the grounds.
- Perform quick fraud checks on all card readers to maintain site security.
- Monitor the condition of pumps, hoses, and other fueling equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Complete an oil/water sample once per month.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective time management skills and consistency in daily task completion.
- Keen attention to detail when inspecting equipment and site conditions.
- Basic understanding of fueling equipment operation is an asset (training provided).
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a professional, safe work environment.
Position Details
- Part-time: Paid 2 hours per day, 5 days per week (tasks typically take 30 minutes to 2 hours).
- Flexible schedule: reporting can be completed anytime during the working day.
- Outdoor work environment with hands-on responsibilities.
