We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties
- Manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a strong team.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and prices are accurate.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Outside-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to optimize store experience.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail technology.
- Ability to recruit, interview, and train staff effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with vendors or suppliers.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
