We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Front of House Team Members at our brand-new Oshawa location. Team Members must be friendly, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for excellence and service. This position involves serving guests in our dining room or drive thru.


Candidates must have open availability to be scheduled for a variety of shifts.


As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome, greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Under the supervision of the Management on Duty, the duties and responsibilities of the Front of House Team Members include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Pleasantly serves guests face-to-face, takes orders and displays unwavering care for guests to provide a seamless dining experience;
  • Prepares beverages, desserts, assembles and packs orders meticulously;
  • Works harmoniously with the team on a daily basis and strives to cultivate positive professional working relationships with colleagues;
  • Upholds the company’s established policies, procedures and quality standards;
  • Contributes proactively to the success of the team, takes initiative to provide support to the team as needed; and
  • Ensures front of house work areas are clean and tidy, assists with front of house dishes and equipment.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Ability to make it to every shift on-time with consistency
  • Must be cheerful, enthusiastic and excited about giving our guests REMARKABLE Service!
  • Customer focused mindset with compassion for colleagues, guests and the restaurant
  • Perform physical activities such as lifting (up to 50 lbs.), balancing, bending, standing for long periods of time, walking, handling materials, boxes, equipment, pots, pans, and navigating shelving both high and low
  • Obtain Food Handler’s Certificate within 30 days of employment
  • Willing to work drive-thru (outside) all year long, including winter
