We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences while supporting the overall operations of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the POS system for processing transactions.
- Assist with food handling and preparation, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing help as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Support bartending duties when necessary, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety in food preparation.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
