Front of House - Fast Track Indoor Karting
Job Title: Guest Service Associate

Starting Wage: $17.85/hr (3-month probationary period)
Job Type: Full -time/Part-time
Availability: Weekend availability required
Certification Required: First Aid Certification with CPR an asset

Fast Track Indoor Karting has expanded! We’ve launched a brand-new Indoor PlayZone to compliment our fantastic Indoor Go-Karting and we’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic team members to help us create an exciting and safe environment for families.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, explain pricing, and assist with admissions
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS & Reservation system
- Plan and host birthday parties & private events
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the facility including washrooms
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries
- Work as part of a team to ensure an enjoyable guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 16 years or older
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented
- Basic math & cash-handling skills
