We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to join our team at Kosh and Chai. In this role, you will manage the floor, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience while maintaining smooth operational flow.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a FOH team of 5–7 staff, including servers and bartenders, during service hours.
- Manage guest flow, seating, and reservations.
- Oversee staff onboarding and training, to ensure all staff uphold service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain hygiene and safety compliance.
- Oversee reservation, inventory, and delivery operations via OpenRice, Clover (POS), and Uber Eats.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Calm under pressure and guest-focused.
- Preferred but not required: experience with OpenRice, Clover, Uber Eats.
