Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for our staff. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for the food service industry, and the ability to manage both front-of-house operations and staff effectively.
Duties
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Interview, hire, and train new staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet operational needs while optimizing labor costs.
- Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow and maintain communication between front and back of house.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic kitchen operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food service best practices and health regulations.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
