Bird's Hill Gravel and Stone is currently accepting applications for a full time Front End Loader operator for retail operations in our Sand and Gravel Quarry located 5 minutes outside of Oakbank.
Bird's Hill Gravel and stone has been producing aggregates for 60+ years and is looking for individuals who are motivated, team players, and excited to work in a fast paced environment. We offer an extensive benefits program, and a profit incentive program.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a front end loader.
- Must have a valid class 5 drivers license
- Ability to work overtime hours regularly
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- CSA approved steel toe boots
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Maintaining working condition of machinery
- Carrying out daily inspections on equipment
- Able to help ground labourers as needed
- Follow company policy and rules
- Observe and participate in safety program and safety policies
