Front Desk Sales & Service Coordinator
Location: Downtown & Midtown Toronto (Rotating)

If you’re warm, trustworthy, and love helping kids and families feel welcome and supported, we’d love you at the front desk of our multi-award-winning, family-centred academy.
We’re a busy, trusted business serving hundreds of families every week — and this role is all about customer service, scheduling, and guiding parents to enroll in programs that help their kids thrive. As a full-time, 5-days-a-week, in-person position, it’s best for someone ready to grow roots here and give this role their full energy and focus.
You don’t need to be a musician — this role is all about family service, daily operations, and converting leads to sales, and does not require any performing or teaching experience. It’s best for someone who wants to make this their primary focus and grow with us long-term, bringing steady energy and reliability to every shift.
Because our families rely on consistent support, we are looking for the right team member who can be fully available for the scheduled hours every week, year-round — and be available to occasionally swap/cover other shifts if/when needed to help the team and keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
✅ Be the warm, trustworthy voice and face that families meet first
✅ Answer calls, emails, and in-person questions clearly and cheerfully
✅ Convert inquiries into student registrations — no cold calling, just genuine guidance and care
✅ Keep teacher schedules organized, running smoothly, and full — no empty slots!
✅ Solve scheduling puzzles and student needs with calm confidence
✅ Keep our space tidy, welcoming, and professional
✅ Jump in where needed to help students, parents, and teachers have the best experience possible

Your Schedule
We have Two Roles Available: Tuesday-Saturday (5 Days) & Fridays-Mondays (4 Days)
Tuesday-Saturday (5 Days)
- Sundays: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Mondays: 1:00-9:00 PM
- Tuesdays: 1:00-9:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 10:00am-6:00 PM
- Thursdays: 1:00-9:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays: Off
- Some days are Midtown, some are Downtown.
Fridays-Mondays (4 Days)
- Fridays: 12:00–8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Sundays: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM (Optional)
- Mondays: 1:00-9:00 PM
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: OFF
- Some days are Midtown, some are Downtown.
Compensation & Perks
