## Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Hotel, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance.
## Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain organized reservation system both physically and computerized
## Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
