We are currently sourcing a Part-Time and Full-Time Front Receptionist to join our administrative support team.
As the first point of contact to our customers and clients, the Front Receptionist is a vital asset to our brand. Responding to all incoming calls, booking and confirming appointments, answering inquiries in a positive and professional manner are all major components of the role & contribute to the professional operation of a Real Estate office.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Greet all visitors promptly in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer all incoming calls to respond to callers inquiries in a professional manner
- Book and confirm appointments, for all offices when required
- Redirect calls as needed, take clear and concise messages when required
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Liaise with answering service, forward agents calls
- Book meeting rooms when required
- Receive deposit cheques and provide receipts
- Page agents when required using BrokerBay
- Follow company policies, procedures and service standards
- Filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Highly responsible & reliable
Candidate must have excellent spoken and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
****Must be consistently available evenings and weekends****
