We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our barber studio, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This is a part-time position
Schedule:
Wednesday & Thursday
10am-7pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our software
- Assist with patient registration and update patient records
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Perform general duties
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer support role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
