Konga is a boutique gym that offers personal training, muay thai and boxing classes. We believe movement is medicine and all our team works together in tandem to make sure our clients realize their full potential through quality movement.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and inspiring Front Desk Assistant to join our growing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client accounts, including payments and memberships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using gym management software and booking systems
- Ability to handle phone and in-person inquiries professionally
- Team player with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE ON THE PHONE
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles
- Passionate about health and fitness
- Proficient in MS Office and basic account management tools
- Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and billing issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $17.20 per hour
