We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education.
- Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, including special education needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
- Foster an inclusive environment that supports early intervention for children requiring additional assistance.
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is essential.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities.
- Familiarity with standardized testing practices and experience in tutoring is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
