Franchise & Marketing Assistant (Entry-Level)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated all-rounder who wants to learn and gain hands-on experience in franchise operations and marketing. This position is primarily office-based but will also include occasional on-site support at franchise stores. A great opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding franchise!
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to franchisees on business operations and brand standards
- Assist with franchise store openings, training sessions, and occasional in-store support
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide training
- Conduct monthly audits for each store to ensure consistency and compliance
- Support company events, promotions, and influencer collaborations (including occasional weekend work)
- Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads), including responding to DMs
- Communicate with vendors and external partners (marketing, design, printing, POS, etc.)
- Assist with franchise sales activities and overall growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Korean (speaking & writing)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits (including overnight stays if required)
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in marketing, operations, or customer service is a plus (but not required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
