Job Summary
We’re hiring a Stair Builder to join our shop team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn. Training is provided — no previous stair-building experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom stair components according to job specs
- Operate woodworking tools and shop equipment (saws, routers, etc.)
- Read and follow drawings, cut lists, and layout instructions
- Work with the team to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Physically able to lift and handle stair parts and materials
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Carpentry or construction experience is an asset, but not required
