We're looking for a Registered Chiropractor ready to take the leap into operating their own independent business under a sublease agreement at The Recuv Hub. This is a unique chance to establish your practice with significantly reduced overhead and the immediate benefit of a built-in client base from our high-performance training facility. Beyond that, you'll have the incredible opportunity to provide direct input into the foundational build-out of not only your ideal clinical workspace but also the gym's equipment, layout, and our entire suite of recovery and therapeutic devices.
About The Recuv Hub & Vert Theory Performance Studio:
The Recuv Hub is an exciting new integrated health and wellness collective launching within Vert Theory Performance Studio, a cutting-edge athletic performance training facility in East York, Toronto. Our mission at Vert Theory Performance Studio is to empower everyone to train like an athlete, focusing on measurable progress in strength, power, and movement. The Recuv Hub will seamlessly integrate with this philosophy, offering a holistic approach to recovery, rehabilitation, and optimized function.
We are building a dynamic environment where health practitioners (Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists) work alongside Strength & Conditioning coaches, fostering an unparalleled ecosystem for client well-being and performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating your independent chiropractic practice within your dedicated, private studio at The Recuv Hub.
- Providing comprehensive chiropractic assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for diverse clientele, including athletes and individuals seeking improved movement, pain relief, and recovery.
- Collaborating with other health practitioners (Physios, Chiro, RMTs) and Vert Theory Performance Studio's Strength & Conditioning coaches for integrated client care and cross-referrals.
- Utilizing and contributing to the development of shared recovery resources within The Recuv Hub.
- Managing your own client schedule and practice operations (with centralized scheduling support for The Recuv Hub).
Unique Collaborative Build-Out Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a Chiropractor who wants to help guide the complete build-out of The Recuv Hub facility and their specific studio space. This means you will have direct input on:
- Equipment Selection: Choosing the specific treatment tables, modalities, exercise equipment, and diagnostic tools for your studio and shared recovery areas.
- Furniture & Layout: Designing the flow and aesthetics of your private office and contributing to the overall feel of The Recuv Hub.
- Systems Integration: Advising on optimal booking, payment, and operational systems to ensure seamless client experience and efficient practice management.
All costs for this initial build-out of equipment and furniture for your studio and the shared Recuv Hub areas will be covered by us. This provides you with a significantly lower overhead to launch or expand your dream practice.

Qualifications:
- Registered Chiropractor with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Strong interest in performance and movement optimization, and an integrated approach to care.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to operate an independent practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
