Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Waitress/Waiter to join our team. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all orders are correct.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Collaborate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- The salary will be based on your experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods.
- Attention to detail in taking orders and serving food accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
