Duties:
1. Supervise Food Preparation and Service: Oversee the preparation, portioning, and serving of food to ensure quality and adherence to health and safety standards.
2. Customer Service: Interact with customers to address inquiries, provide information about menu items, and ensure a positive dining experience.
3. Handling Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or billing discrepancies.
4. Payment Handling: Receive payments for food orders, ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining financial records.
5. Menu and Policy Explanation: Explain menu options, dietary information pricing, and restaurant policies to customers.
6. Staff Supervision and Training: Coordinate and review the work of kitchen, bar and service staff, providing training in food preparation, sanitation procedures, and customer service.
7. Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules for kitchen and service staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and coordinating activities with other departments.
8. Computer System Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of POS (Point of Sale) systems and other computer applications used for order processing and inventory management.
