Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant service department, overseeing daily kitchen activities, front of the house activities and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff and front of house to coordinate daily service operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on procedures and customer service best practices.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies regarding food safety.
Qualifications
