We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service. Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communicate any guest requests or concerns.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order tracking and communication with the kitchen.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or special requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, with knowledge of kitchen operations being a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems (such as Micros POS) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A background in hospitality, barista experience, or hotel services is considered an asset.

Pay: $17.20-$24.72 per hour
