Food Counter Attendant
Experience:
Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments using cash handling skills
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and prepping area
- Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
