We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our food service operation, providing excellent customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in food service or food preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer experience.
- Cashiering experience is a plus, including familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
