We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Floral Admin to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our floral business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for flowers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Creating invoices, sales orders, processing payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
- Assist in managing e-commerce orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery of floral products.
- Support sales efforts by promoting floral arrangements and related products to customers.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the shop.
- Manage deliveries on daily basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or floral environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers.
- Sales experience is a plus; ability to sell products and promote services confidently.
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Respond to emails in timely and professional manner.
- Weekends availability a must.
- A passion for flowers and an understanding of floral arrangements is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 44 per week
