At Tozen Sushi Bar, we’re looking for a responsible, service-driven individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor. We’re a modern Japanese restaurant known for quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality — and we’re looking for someone who shares these values and is ready to lead by example.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee front-of-house operations and support smooth, efficient service
- Lead by example and set a positive tone for the team
- Manage daily flow and guest experience in collaboration with the kitchen
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Train, support, and motivate new and existing staff
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout service

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of server experience in Canada
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
- Passion for food, hospitality, and team success
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
