Job Summary
Heritage Ford is looking for a dedicated Fleet Advisor to join our growing team and oversee the coordination and maintenance of our dealership’s fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance for all fleet vehicles
- Track repairs and ensure timely completion of service work
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records for the fleet
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams via email and phone throughout the day
- Ensure fleet vehicles are consistently maintained to dealership standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in automotive service, fleet management, or service advising (preferred)
- Comfortable with email communication, scheduling software, and documentation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive attitude and a high level of accountability
