Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fixed Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the Service and Parts departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to excellence. As Fixed Operations Manager, your role is to ensure efficient operations, profitability, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Service and Parts departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Hire, train, motivate and evaluate service advisors, technicians and parts staff.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, focusing on retention, satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements, safety standards, and all federal, provincial, and municipal regulations (i.e. hazardous waste disposal, OHSA).
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement through innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with various dealership departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the industry.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, project management methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance/operation metrics with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity Reynolds and Reynolds is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
