We’re looking for that rare breed of craftsperson — the one who’s just as comfortable installing precision trim as they are tackling the full spectrum of home renovations and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in every part of a reno. If you take pride in delivering beautiful, lasting results and you like variety in your work, we want you on our team.
What you’ll do:
- Detailed finishing work: trim, baseboards, doors, custom millwork
- Full-scope renovations: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and more
- Work closely with the team to bring our clients vision to life
- Solve problems on the fly and keep projects moving smoothly
You might be our unicorn if you:
- Have solid finishing carpentry skills and love the fine details
- Can handle framing, drywall, flooring, and other renovation trades
- Bring creativity, adaptability, and a positive attitude to every job
