About The Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join the Customer Service team at our Saskatoon, SK branch. As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand the needs of the customer and provide the right banking solutions including opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, basic investment products and investment counselling, and promoting the sale of all personal banking products and services. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
About You
You must:
- have your high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- have at least one year customer service experience in the financial industry, retail or a goal-oriented environment
- have strong interpersonal skills; use a computer and Microsoft Office software
- experience with financial institution software systems
- cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience
- have acceptable criminal and credit checks
