Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in various accounting software.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate forecasting to support business objectives.
- Supervise payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Handle accounts payable processes to maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while implementing best practices in accounting.
- Prepare reports for senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proven leadership and analytical skills
- Experience with Quickbooks and ERP systems
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms. We operate on Epicor Eagle
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Experience in payroll management and understanding of payroll regulations.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor management.
- Excellent account analysis skills with attention to detail for accurate account reconciliation.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with effective communication skills to present financial information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
