The Candidate
LMG is currently looking to strengthen our talented team by hiring an Finance Office Coordinator. This motivated individual will be required to maintain a high-level of customer service when speaking with customers and dealers, distributing incoming deals, and providing basic administrative support to colleagues, customers and dealerships.
- Proficient in oral and written communications in addition to strong people skills;
- Warm and friendly demeanor with a customer service focus;
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a calm and efficient manner;
- A results driven individual with exceptional organization skills and a focus on attention to detail;
- An analytical thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems;
- Having basic credit bureau knowledge;
- A team player who focuses on building trusting relationship; &
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.
As a successful candidate, you are currently enrolled or have already completed some form of administrative assistant training and/or have previous experience working in a fast-paced administration position.
