We are seeking a Finance Manager who is passionate about making a meaningful impact through their work. This is an opportunity to bring your financial expertise to a mission-driven organization and be part of a management team that is deeply committed to hope, healing, and transformation.
What You’ll Do
As our Finance Manager, you will:
- Oversee and continuously improve financial operations, from payroll to budgeting and audit prep
- Partner with senior leadership to guide financial strategy and long-term planning
- Supervise finance staff and support HR with financial insights
- Ensure compliance with funding agency, government, and audit requirements
- Maintain and leverage financial and donor management systems
- Provide timely, accurate financial reporting and insights to internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- CPA designation (or in progress) an asset and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 3–5 years of financial management experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Experience with SAGE, Payworks, and donor management platforms is an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A desire to align with and support our Christian faith-based mission and values
