You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, bringing financial insight, managing reporting functions, and helping build and oversee financial processes that support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate monthly consolidated financial statements within the established deadlines
- Manage month-end process
- Experience in inventory and costing as must
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts
- Post journal entries and enter month-end accruals
- Prepare departmental expenses monthly
- Analyze expense variances and gross margin reconciliation
- Work collaboratively with AP and AR for month end closing
- Manage Financial Accountant
- Reconciliation of royalty expenses, payments and non-resident tax payments
- Support Director, Finance and prepare schedules for Year-End
- Work closely with Director, Finance in documentation for sales audit and government audits
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, ERP maximization and optimizing workflow
- Prepare reports as requested by Management
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with full cycle accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA highly desirable
- Must be bilingual in French and English, both oral & written
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
- Good knowledge of ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
- Skills in compiling data and analyzing financial information for decision making purposes
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP Function) and accounting software
- Team player - ready to roll up sleeves when needed
