Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all financial activities of the organization
- Develop and monitor financial policies and procedures
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in financial management roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with risk management, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial services
- Demonstrated ability to invest in long-term strategies for sustainable growth

Pay: $106,108.00-$115,666.00 per year
