Willowbrae Academy is a childcare franchise located throughout Canada with locations in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. This employment opportunity is a chance to work with our Corporate Team, located in Dartmouth (Burnside), Nova Scotia. The role will involve bookkeeping duties as well as general office administrative support. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Finance.
Job Responsibilities
· Processing and managing accounts payable/ accounts receivable transactions.
· Reconciling accounts and monthly statements.
· Monitors external compliances and reporting.
· General administrative support for senior management team.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications / Skills
· QuickBooks Online (QBO)
· Self starter and a good eye for detail
· Data Entry Skills
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education and Experience
· Minimum five years working in administration within an office environment
· Bookkeeping experience
