We're looking for a visionary finance leader to help scale a fast-growing, founder-led company with a global reach — all from one of the most beautiful and livable cities in Canada: Kelowna, BC.

Your Mission as VP of Finance
As a core member of our executive team, you'll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to guide financial strategy, ensure operational rigor, and scale our infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow — ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to be part of something meaningful.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Finance & Forecasting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to guide strategic decisions
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems that fuel growth
Financial Operations
- Oversee month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes with precision
- Implement automation tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort
- Manage cash flow planning, risk assessment, and capital allocation
- Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance
Systems, Controls & Scaling
- Build scalable internal controls and approval frameworks
- Drive financial software selection, implementation, and optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed finance into the business
Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performance finance function
- Be a thought partner to the CEO and executive team
- Represent finance in strategic planning and investor discussions
You Might Be the One If You Have
Required
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- CPA designation (or in-progress)
- 5–10 years of experience in financial leadership roles
- Expertise in accounting software, ERP systems, and RPA tools
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- A sharp eye for compliance and detail
Preferred
- Experience with financial automation tools
- Exposure to people operations or HR collaboration
- Background in high-growth, scaling companies
