We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team and help drive our finance and insurance operation to the next level.
Job Summary:
As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for securing vehicle financing for customers, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations. Your role is key in optimizing dealership profitability while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with vehicle financing options through dealership and external lending sources
- Present and sell F&I products including extended service contracts, GAP insurance and maintenance packages
- Review and verify customer credit applications and documentation
- Submit deals to lenders and obtain approvals
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and transparent buying process
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and product vendors
- Monitor and achieve performance targets for F&I product penetration, PVR, and CSI scores
-Stay current with lending guidelines, compliance requirements (OMVIC) and market trends
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is a must (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of auto finance and leasing practices, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with DMS/F&I software (e.g., Dealertrack, Deskit, CDK....)

- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
