Unity Recruitments Inc. is expanding its team and is looking for a candidate to lead an exceptional team. The qualified candidate will lead projects that include kitchen remodeling, flooring installation, and cabinet refinishing. We are striving to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliable customer service. We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Supervisor to lead and inspire a field team of 10 skilled workers and ensure our projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of 10 field technicians across multiple job sites.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen remodeling projects, including flooring installation and cabinet refinishing.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and client expectations.
- Perform hands-on work when needed, especially in hardwood floor refinishing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job scopes, and work orders.
- Schedule labor, materials, and subcontractors as needed for each project.
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate field staff performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the field crew and management.
- Address and resolve job-site issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate project records and daily logs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling, including flooring and cabinetry.
- Hands-on expertise in hardwood floor refinishing is required.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising field crews.
- Solid understanding of residential construction practices and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA safety certification.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools or scheduling software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.02-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
